hello dA world, long time no see
Hey hey,
my last journal entry dates back from November 2009. I still uploaded some pictures afterwards but I spent less and less time here on dA. Two years ago I moved to the Netherlands to study International Relations, Economics and Musicology (weird combination I know, the programme is called "Liberal Arts and Sciences" but it would take to long to explain that here). A lot of new experiences but the programme doesn't leave much time for other stuff.
Anyway, at the moment I'm on holiday and finally the photography bug really bit me again. I've taken a lot of pictures while I was travelling in France and Italy which I will upload in the
Updates (for those who are interested)
Hi guys,
just wanted to let you know that I'm still alive. :)
I don't spend much time on DA lately for two reasons, one are the many changes going on here. I don't disapprove most of them but - that's the second reason - I just don't have the time to give attention to all these things cause of school and some personal problems, I don't even have the time to go through all journals and pics, I'm sorry!
At least I wrote today my last "Grundkurs"-exam (basic course - biology), in the next weeks I'll write the exams in my "Leistungskurse" (intensive course) physics (on wednesday, help please!!), French and German. Than in January I'll write my

The Lacrimosa concert was absolutely fantastic, we really had a great time!
Check out their new album "Sehnsucht" (aspiration, longing, yearning), especially the song "Die Taube" (the pigeon) impressed me very much:
-> Listen and read the text (English and German).
In a few hours I'll depart to Weimar (famous city in Germany) together with my class. After on Friday I'll go to a Jazz concert and on Saturday I'll go to the theatre. 'cause my sub already ends on Friday I won't do another feature, I also don't know yet if I can buy a new sub.

Hi guys,
first about the photo book thing: After a few days the editor in chief replied to my mail. Apparently it wasn't only my picture which was "forgotten" - due to some problems in the coordination and cooperation in the team. Well I have to take this answer as it is and will try to sell the two ordered books.
And now for something completely different... do you know any good websites or books for learning/improving French? Or a site with physics exercices?

(I've got French, German and physics as intensive courses in high school.)
